Geek Offices Membership Features and Plans
Geek Offices seeks to provide a shared, community-driven workspace for location-independent workers. It exists because of you and for you. As a member, you will not just be a customer of Geek Offices; you’ll be an active part of what Geek Offices is and does for you and for others.
Membership Features
Below are some, but not all, of the benefits members receive as part of their membership:
All Memberships
Access to high-speed wireless Internet (500,000,000 bits/paid day).
Use of small and large conference rooms (with associated fees).
Free admission to member-related events held in the space.
Free coffee (1qt/paid day).
Free printing (5 pages/paid day).
Geek Daily ($25/day)
Provided there is sufficient space. Contact us ahead of time for availability at info@GeekOffices.com.
Geek Casual ($50/month)
Access three (3) days per calendar month & $20 per additional day for each Geek Casual member.
Use of mailing address.
Use of conference room
Geek Pass ($100 per 25 hours)
Access for 25 hours over a maximum 3 month period for each Geek Pass member.
Use of mailing address.
Use of conference rooms
In Newton, 24/7 access
Geek Regular ($200/month)
Access up to eight (8) days per calendar month & $15 per additional day for each Geek Regular member.
Use of mailing address.
Use of conference room
In Cambridge parking space at $125/month (if available).
In Newton parking available for 2 hours on Chapel Street and if available in rear lot or American Legion Lot on California Street
Geek Premium ($400/month)
Access to a dedicated desk for your exclusive use to store your equipment.
Priority on use of conference room
In Cambridge use of Suite 5 conference room (seats 10) during building hours (8AM to 5 PM) at $30 for 4 hours a day and $50 for greater than 4 hours a day.
In Newton, use of 12 person and 4 person conference rooms.
Use of mailing address.
In Cambridge, 24/7 access for each Geek Premium member (pass card is $10).
In Cambridge parking space at $125/month (if available).
In Newton parking available for 2 hours on Chapel Street and if available in rear lot at no cost or American Legion lot on California Street.
$100-350/month extra for private office; price dependent on size of office
Geek Company ($400/month for President + $100/month for employees or independent contractors (up to 4 employee/contractors)
Same as Geek Premium for all Geek Company members with cubicles for employees/contractors
